All Brick?

Showing homes: One of the reasons my client wanted to see this cute 20’s cottage, was for it’s ALL BRICK construction. It wasn’t until we were actually leaving the property that we noticed something strange about the brick… namely that it WASN’t BRICK AT ALL! At a closer look, we discovered the exterior of the home was actually thin sheets of what looked and felt like roof shingles, nailed to the home. WHAT?! I’m going home right now to make sure MY HOME is real brick!! 😳
